It is my conviction that we all have an infinite potential that allows us to achieve eternal personal growth, realize our dreams, fulfill our vocation and thus give meaning to life.<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

How many times have we overcome extreme, unexpected difficulties that we thought we could not overcome?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

How many times have we discovered in ourselves resources that we did not know about and that gave us the ability to overcome the situations we faced?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Overcoming difficult moments and challenges is part of our existence.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After 34 years working in civil aviation, 20 of which were shared with sports leadership, as a volunteer, I went through extremely difficult times in my life. It was in this troubled time that I found NLP, Coaching, Meditation, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. It was with these methodologies that the doors to a new reality were opened to me.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I immersed myself in a deep process of self-knowledge and learning, found my truth, my purpose and gave meaning to my life.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I learned that we all have within our reach the possibility to start a process of transformation that brings us peace, alignment and greater ability to realize our dreams.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And that's how I started studying, practicing what I was learning and which helped me to have a deeper awareness of myself and the world around me.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I realized that we act as if we had all the time in the world. However, I became aware that time is the scarcest thing we have, so any moment is ideal to discover our essence, explore our source of infinite energy that allows us to give body and action to our projects and goals. We are an ongoing construction process, of continuous learning and growth. There is always something new to discover, to improve, to create, as long as we are curious to discover who we are and what we have to manifest to the world.<\/p>\n

In this journey of mine, something very strong has emerged in me. The way to manifest my essence, my contribution to a better world.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was during this process that I discovered that my Mission is to touch people and help them unleash all the potential and creativity they have within themselves so that, aligned with their internal compass, they can be the authors of the script of their life.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With the different approaches that I have been studying and experiencing, I realized that in the combination of the approaches of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Meditation, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology tools, there is a complementarity that results in a rich, peaceful and generative path, towards the awareness of the essence of each one, how to open up to new possibilities and the manifestation of their unique gift.<\/p>\n

Thus was born the 3 Pillars Method, with evident results in the clients who have already worked with me.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And here I am, with an open heart, committed to working with you, to simply and gently accompany and guide your journey.<\/p>\n
